Questions on some of the in-game weapons

I don’t own the game, so I can’t test these things myself...

1) What’s the smart pistol accuracy like when it’s hipfired and not locked on?

2) Does the smart pistol automatically keep shooting if you hold the left mouse button, or must you click again for each shot?

3) Can weapons have more than one attachment?

4) Can weapons have more than one mod?
