I installed Titanfall back in February. In the time since, I have lost the booklet with the product code. Today I went to play it and was asked to provide the product code again. I do not have it. Can't understand why Origin is asking to re-register the game. I registered it back in February. How can I fix this?

Did you not activate the game within Origin?
If you did - you can find your key in there - right click on game title and select "View game details".
Other than that - you might be SOL.
Might be worth trying and asking chat / phone support on EA.
If you can provide proof of purchase - maybe they can issue you a new key.
