I can't believe I've been allowed to purchase a game earlier this month which I sadly never got to play years ago, where this issue has clearly been floating around for a while with many people shouting about it, and they took my money anyway!! Totally unacceptable and I shall be asking for a full refund and notification of when the issue is fixed and I can actually play the game I paid for. Daylight robbery, not to mention sticking two fingers up at the dedicated fan base of this game. I loved titanfall 2, wanted more of the universe and then this game was on offer for me so I bought it and was very much looking forward to playing. Gutted.

  • I did just apply for a refund via Steam. I am happy to re-buy the game if the servers issue is fixed.

@ddustuk thanks a lot, I hope they get it fixed, I was able to play on December 2019 and I love it but I was more into the TF2 and my ea play ended and I didn't enjoyed it completely

I've seen multiple users in the Remnant Fleet Discord come back from the EA Support Chat over the past month with reps telling them that someone is "looking into it." Until we get an official public statement, I assume that nobody is in fact bothering to do anything about it. Any time something is wrong with Apex servers, there's a post about it long before a fix is deployed; they still make it clear that they know there's an issue.
