The -1 ping is usually a result of firewalls/antivirus shenanigans.

Make sure that Origin and Titanfall are added to the whitelist of your security software, and if it doesn't help, try deactivating them or a clean boot. Standard smile

This is a result of your firewall between your XBox and the internet - often the one in your router.

You have to enable OUTGOING connections to port 3075 (UDP) before Titanfall will find datacenters.

(I don't know about PC, but this works on XBoxONE)

As soon as you do this, the datacenter list will populate and the ping times will show.
