Cant preload titanfall

I bought titanfall while back on origin tried preloading today and no luck .ANy one else have this problem and do i contact support did they get rid off live chat with adviser ?

My preload download went smoothly enough but now it won't complete the install... it stops at 20% and gives me the following error message time after time - "Direct X Setup Error: The Cabinet (.cab) File is not signed"

I reboted and tried again - no matter what I do it happens everytime the same way - Now what do I do ?

I don't see an option to even disgard the download and try to download again...

Is there a way to get rid of the downloaded "preload" so I can try to download and try to install with a fresh download ????
