Can't reinstall Titanfall

A few years ago I installed Titanfall on a laptop but had to uninstall it because it couldn't run on that device. Now I've a better PC and I tried reinstalling it from the disc but I get the message that the code has already been redeemed. I tried reinstalling it from my games library but it doesn't appear there. I also tried refreshing the game library but nothing happens. Can somebody help?

It looks like you might be logged into a wrong EA account 

But don't worry - it happens quite often. If you're not sure on which account your code for Titanfall was redeemed in the first place, please get in touch with your live support. Our game advisors should be able to locate the correct account if you provide them with the activation key
