i have had titanfall for a week now and couldn't even launch the game, did every possible thing to try and get it to work but nothing happened. also EA support hasn't helped me, i tried going on the chat but after trying and waiting for four hours a day nobody helped, all the solutions in the forums didn't help at all so is it possible to get a refund?

If you have passed 7 days limit and have of not opening the game, Or passed 24 hours of the games first launch limit, you can not request a refund. Read the Origin Great Game Guarantee Policy to see if you are eligible for a refund: Click this link
