will i get banned?

i purchased the ultimate edition of titanfall 2 from steam and linked it to my main origin account but after a day or something i realized i didn't need it because the prime titans that came with it were the ones i didn't like playing as so i refunded it and unlinked my account but the rewards stayed in a weird bugged state like ion and scorch had their prime models but i couldn't disable them and the 500 credits stayed in my account too and so now im sacred that i will get banned. 
Is there something i can do?

@ID1229  You can try contacting an EA advisor again and have them check things out, but if they can't fix the problem then try to uninstall and reinstall the game. It could be that the game still thinks that you still own the content so reinstalling the game might fix the problem. Worst case scenario would be deleting your save file.
