multiplayer wont work ( connecting to respawn servers on loop )

ok so my multiplayer wont work

i saw a lot of vids saying to do stuff with the internet in device manger and it did not work
tried it on steam and origin and both are not working 
ive asked a friend to try to play on my account and she can play multiplayer fine 
ive been searching for a while all the vids say the the device manager is the fix but its not working for me 

i tried to ask on reddit as well and this is what i wrote and again i tried to do the basics like verifying game files and reinstalling the game and stuff like that 
nothing as worked so far and im really sad cuz the game is hella fun and i really want to play again
