Bought the Jump Start pack for Titanfall 2. Tried everything to resolve issue, including installing the Jump Start pack, restarting Titanfall II and my Xbox to no avail. Can I either, A: get my 6.99$ back or B: Get the credits added to my account. Other players are experiencing this problem too. Need help.
