Titanfall2 can not save my settings

Titanfall2 is an amazing game, but I don't know since when, the game can not save my settings (including video graphics, voices and controls) I have read the other post before (about giving permission and administrator) but still not working, hoping can solve the problem here ^^

@RabbidsA1 can be a anti virus or firewall blocking Titanfall 2 from saving its settings.

I turn off the one drive long time ago

Hey @RabbidsA1 can try to do a clean boot its to see if there any programs on your PC blocking Titanfall 2 from saving.

Dear sir, 

I have tired all the method, including virus protection disable, OneDrive off-line, clean boot, administrator run..., etc. Although I can see the folders, the game process still cannot be saved. Is there other suggestions?
