a friend bought me Titanfall 2 on Steam yesterday and I've tried launching it through Steam but whenever I've tried the EA launcher says "game not installed" and whenever I've tried to manage my files the launcher doesn't give me the option to repair or manage them. I've tried verifying my Steam and EA files, installing and reinstalling both the game on Steam and the EA app, and running Titanfall 2 and EA as administrator but nothing seems to work. I've gone on many online forums and still, it doesn't work so I'm at a complete loss of what to do.

I bought Titanfall 2 on origin after having moved over to PC from PS4, and I've had the origin version of the game installed ever since. I've since bought the game again on steam in the hopes of not having to interact with EA's launchers. I went through my files today because I realized that after origin was replaced by their new EA launcher, Steam wasn't tracking my playtime after I get sent through the EA Launcher. I found my old Origin install of the game, and deleted it to save some space. But now I can't launch the game from Steam, as when I get redirected to the EA Launcher it tells me that I don't have the game installed. I have other Origin/EA games on Steam, notably, Plants vs Zombies GW2, and it launces and runs just fine. I believe this is because the EA app doesn't recognize that I own the Steam version of Titanfall 2, as the game on the EA Launcher doesn't have the Steam logo in the top left corner, but it still tracks DLC-packs I've bought for the game on Steam. I have the Steam version of the game installed, and I am able to run it just fine with the use of the Northstar Launcher, but I can't seem to play on the official servers without downloading a separate but identical version of the game just to make the EA Launcher happy.
I would like to play on my years old save, and on the official servers with friends who don't want to go through Northstar, but I don't want to have to download two different versions of the same game. Either a way to make the EA app check (because I have my EA and Steam accounts linked). Or, preferably, to remove the EA infrastructure from the equation and make Titanfall -and the other games available after the hail mary to move back to Steam- execute straight from Steam, like with Apex, would be appreciated.
A sarcastic thanks to the ones behind the decision to create- and those behind the upkeep of the EA Launchers.
And a sincere thanks to anyone who comes with a fix to my issue.

I bought Titanfall 2 Ultimate edition on steam due to September sale however till not i am unable to play even a single second due to this stupid error saying game not installed on EA, i have the game on steam.
I have tried lots of solutions but there is no hope as of one, if anyone figured out how to fix this, please let me know
I have attached a screenshot of the error. this is really disappointing from EA why cant it be like apex that it launches through steam directly instead of forcing the EA application and showing this error constantly.

не, проблема точно не в этом. Я ранее не имел игры на акке и все равно эти ебучие сервера на работают. Потому что игра ищет Origin, который убрали, а добавить новый EA не смогли.
