Ive done the enviroment variables, Ive done the campaign, Ive made sure to turn off all the other internets and disable all except the one I use, Ive restarted my pc. Still will not work.

To confirm have you already tried resetting your EA account password? (you can do so at help.ea.com)
Also, can we try the following:
If this continues, would it be possible to get a bit more information about this?

@EA_Illium I recently bought tf2 from Steam and I never installed ea software before. So I have the new app.

To confirm is the EA App online? If so can you try updating your status from online to something else then back to online?
