TF2 - unable to select spanish latam (Mexico)

as the title says I can select spanish from mexico but, as soon I pressed back change to spanish from spain on the installer and I really hate how BT sounds like an old man
Ive used to play on spanish from mexico but now I cant, can you fix this issue, please?
