Ranked game problem

While playing apex legends ranked battle royale, my game lagged out and i couldn't join back and so i got negative RP and got 10 minute game cooldown. is there anyway i could get any compensation for what happened to me? @respawn_entertainment

How do i change to the Apex section?

@LTEkholm Type in 'Apex Legends' in the search bar. When you're at the right spot the branch under the search bar should say something along the lines of 'Answers HQ English - Games - Apex Legends'. Happy hunting and good luck with your issue!
