Please help. I've tried the uninstall and re install option and the Win+E for the Environment Variables option. still no luck with unlocking the multiplayer. What else can I try?

Thank goodness, thanks to this crazy wizard fix I'm not left out of the TF2 rennaissance, i dunno what that did but im back at long long last
