[EDITED March 20th]
Our team is working to apply a patch that we feel will provide a better connection to the Microsoft servers and should resolve some of the issues being reported within this thread. The patch is currently being tested and will be deployed as soon as we verify the fixes being applied.
Our team will continue to collect the data posted here and keep trying to isolate possible issues.
On a side note, we have been seeing reports of consumers who have had connection issues and have now been able to connect and get online. If you have had the connection issue and have been able to get online, we would also love to know your issue is resolved.
Thanks

I wanted to create this thread to help our team collect a bit of information from gamers having issues connecting to servers or even getting into matchmaking. Overall we need the info from you to help find out what might be happening.
Note: We are aware of an issue with Belkin routers that are causing connection issues. You will need to unlock specific ports on that router and Belkin is offering direct help and is working on a firmware update. You can contact their customer support here: https://twitter.com/BelkinCares

Can you guys confirm what your texture resolution is set to in the video settings of the game? This can also happen if you are set too high for your video card memory.

UPDATE: I realized that the actual problem I was having was that I would only be able to play one match and then the second would not load. I was able to fix it by putting my router into DMZ mode. I have now played 6 straight games in a row with no issues. This should be used as a temporary solution until they can pin point what the issue is exactly.
