Connectivity issues with multiplayer

Hey I’m having issues with my multiplayer connectivity. For about the past hour I haven’t been able to play multiplayer. The tab to go into it is locked and I get a message saying, “ This profile is not permitted to play online.” I haven’t done anything to actually lose permissions to online. I’m capable of playing online on my 2nd account perfectly fine. But what can I do to solve this issue? I’ve completely restarted my Xbox, uninstalled titanfall 2 and reinstalled, played gauntlet practice, and have simply waited in menu for it to work. Nothing fixes my issue.
