About language banned.

Steam Titanfall2 can change Titanfall2 to English， and probably i got banned because this reason. So why can i change the language on steam？How can i remove the ban of my origin account？

@EA_Barry Sadly - sending e-mails / creating cases hasn't worked for most of us. I've submitted a few, and they always get closed out without any solution, and most times, without even a comment.
