titanfall 2 is not launching [ Edited ]

the titanfall 2 is not launching.........on my old pc is launching with my new gaming Pc is not |
i gave u the performance :

Intel pantum G 3260 

GTX 750 1 G 

16 ram 

win 10 

plz try to help me 
i just launched and nothing hapend and i can see it in task manege

I don't know how long it hasn't worked, but I did a few hardware upgrades.. should I uninstall and redownload everything??

Oh, and I can't even push Play nor any other options through Origin.. when I try to play from the desktop shortcut, the game is stuck in task manager, etc.

Apparently, Titanfall2 is being run in the background under Origin.exe - I realized this as I attempted to uninstall the game, didn't help.

Also doesn't matter whether I run Origin in Admin mode or not.. same deal.. Titanfall2 gets stuck as a background processes. (No, I don't play games or do anything in my administrator account... No one should be doing regular business under admin accounts, which makes me extra pissed some gaming platforms insist on only working when run as  Admin.. it's reckless and unnecessary. 

Anywho, I'm going to uninstall Origin now and see if reinstalling it helps.. if not, I'm filing a formal complaint if not a lawsuit against Origin for my money back plus damages for all my wasted time trying to work with their broken software just to play a simple game.
