crashing at main menu

hey titanfall 2 is crashing within about 10 seconds of loading the main menu, 

my pc is a xeon x5470 4.0ghz

8gb of ddr 2 1066

asus amd r9 290 with latest drivers

motherboard is asus p5q deluxe

Ok i just swapped out the cpu with a q9650, game works fine now, so apparantly it doesnt like the x5470

i have also tried running the cpu at stock speed and useing a gtx 660 still does the same thing.

Also u may have some Asus software in background, I'll recommend u close it before game.
