Update issue

Anyone else experiencing issues with downloading new update for Titanfall 2? Stuck at 42%. Tried deleting and reinstalling a few times. Doesn't happen on xbox only ps4.

Are you still having any trouble getting that update installed on your PlayStation? If so, there are a few things we can try which might help. First, if you haven't already, a power cycle of the console is a good place to start. That can tackle a lot of the most common issues we see. 

If it's still happening after that check out the connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website as well. Let me know if you're still having any trouble with the update after that. Thanks!

Yes still having issues, tried power cycle and reinstalling twice and it hasn't made any difference.

Thank you! How is your PS4 currently connected to the internet? Is it using wifi, or is it connected with a network cable? If it's connected over wifi could you try connecting it with a network cable instead to see if that helps at all? 

That way if there are any wifi signal issues we can bypass it and eliminate any of those variables. Please let me know if you're still running into the same issues afterward. Thanks!
