Unable to Launch Titanfall 2 through Steam [ Edited ]

If anyone doesn't know, Titanfall 2 isn't launching most of the time on steam. For me, I installed the game on steam while also owning it on origin. The game will launch for me but it won't update. It is stuck at 19% and there is no way for me to updtae it even if I leave the game running and I don't know what to do.

Hey @AGreatTeddy. 

Apologies for the late reply on this. Is Titanfall 2 still getting stuck at the same spot when you're trying to launch it?
