Titanfall games haven't been fixed, and EA is supporting a racist hacker.

Titanfall and Titanfall 2 still haven't been fixed. Today I got an EA customer service rep to acknowledge that there was a problem in the first place. However, like I expected, they didn't actually confirm if they were going to even work on, let alone fix the problem. This situation is appalling, and given EA's ignorance of the problem, they are effectively supporting the hacker, by not trying to stop him. This means that EA is supporting someone who has gone on multiple racist tirades, who is hacking into their own servers, and taking entire games down, with no acknowledgement of the problem.

@BenJYMannn EA doesn't care about racism. Recently reported someone calling me the n-word ingame for no reason, regular player, no hacker, screenshot attached and everything... "No fix available" - case closed without a comment.
