Titanfall 2 won’t let me play multiplayer [ Edited ]

My titanfall won’t let me load into multiplayer, I have no idea why, my ign is Oasis9468 on Xbox and I’ve bought the game twice now and it still won’t let me launch multiplayer. It says my multiplayer privileges are blocked and I have no idea why
