Titanfall 2 will not install VC++ runtime redistributable package was no install [ Edited ]

Titanfall 2 will not install. every time i try to install the game the procedure will procede for about 2 min then the following message will appear" Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was no installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. (1638).

If i go to the "Origin Games" folder, the game appears to be installed and if i try to launch it from that folder the following message will appear: "The game Titanfall® 2 does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try relaunching the game."

I attached the install log

UPDATE 1: I deleted the game from the origin games folder then i tryed to redownload it. The download stops at 45% then the Error: The VC++ runtime redistributable package was no installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. (1638) message appears.

UPDATE 2: I followed the instructions from the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLHaKrFLFBM then in the origin client in my library section i right clicked on the game then i pressed "Update game" and now it works fine

Have you tried to use Repair option for Titanfall 2 in Origin client?

This is odd. What are the options once you click the cog symbol?

So your solution here runs into an issue  if the  you cant get the files installed. any  Idea how to deal with that if you dont have another PC

I'm trying to install Titanfall 2 and got the message above. It might be trying to install on my corrupt d drive, but I can't see how to change the destination for the download either. Any help appreciated.
