Titanfall 2 launches in Windowed mode with default Video settings

Hello, I am having an issue where whenever I launch Titanfall 2 after restarting (or shutting down) my computer, it forgets all changes I make to the video settings. 

I can confirm that other settings such as keybindings are unaffected so it is only the video settings that are being reset.

I use a MSI GE62 gaming laptop that runs NVIDIA Optimus with a 970M GPU. I have attached the DxDiag file if more information is helpful. 

I have tried using GeForce experience to set my video settings, and that does work fine, but after the computer restarts it still reverts to the windowed settings. The issue has persisted across multiple monitors and a reinstall of Origin (not Titanfall 2, just the Origin launcher itself as I was having a separate issue with that).
