Titanfall 2 download only? What if you have capped download

How can I buy and play Titanfall 2 if I have a capped download internet limit and does anyone know how bit the download is?

Size and download information is visible on the following picture:

I'm not sure how this would work with a capped internet connection as the data use can vary per session.
