Summarize your bug I go to sign into multi player on xbox1 and it has like a lock icon next to the multiplayer launch tab then on the right of screen it says this profile not permitted to play online how do i fix this problem
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to sign into xbox?
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant play online get message saying my profile is not permitted to play online
