Refund on Steam and then buy again on Origin?

I just recently bought Titanfall 2 Deluxe Edition on Steam for $40 and I'm wondering whether I could refund it on Steam and then buy the deluxe edition again on sale for ~$14 on Origin. I've checked and it says that I am not eligible for Great Game Guarantee (a refund through Origin) but I might be illegible for a refund on Steam. Is it possible to get refunds like this and then just buy it again?

If you purchased the game through Steam you would need to reach out to them to see if they can help with a refund. Since the payment would have gone through the Steam billing system, we wouldn't be able to request a refund from our side.
