Profile shows as "Fetching" when hovering over name

[ Edited ]

For some reason, these past couple of years, whenever I or anyone hovers over my name, it shows my name as "Fetching" and doesn't load any of my stats. It just says I'm gen 0.00, have no networth, or no networks at all.

This doesn't affect my actual stats on my end, but for some reason the actual hovering over my name doesn't work at all. Also, some of my networks won't show up under my network list, and then I try to join them again, it says "you're already in this network."

Is there a reason for this?

My apologies, here's a screenshot of the issue at hand:

Wanted to bring this back to see if there's any possible explanation to this issue? It seems I'm the only one with this issue, and there is absolutely nothing on the official EA Help page about this issue.

Could there be a number I could call/a help service chat that I could get in touch with someone about this?

EA DICE Team
@LegitSmurfson could you try to open the ports for Titanfall 2 maybe that helps with fetching. Ports: https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/

@EA_Atic I can give it a shot and see, although when I moved to another location for college semesters I still had the same issue on different internet, so I'm not sure if it's my Internet or something account related.

If it works I can update the thread, I made a newer thread with a bit more details on the issue as well
