PS4 to PC purchase linking Titanfall 2

Is there a way to link PS4 in game purchases to PC? Asking since I have the Prime Titans on PS4 and I'd rather not purchase them twice.

Apologies for the delayed reply on this. 

I'm afraid that's not something we would have the ability to do. The PS4 and PC versions of Titanfall 2 are separate, and we don't have a way of transferring content between them.
