Hi I've just recently just bought Titanfall 2 (physical copy) yesterday and installed it. However upon installation, when pressed the "Play" button in origin the game does not appear. I can see Titanfall2.exe in the task manager eating about 50%+ of my cpu usage (refer pic) and using about less than 20mb memory. Weird thing is, that is not giving any error messages at all. Been hours on EA customer chat support and they still have not been able to solve the problem.
My specs are below:
Core i5 6402P
Nvidia GTS 450 on 375.86 driver
4GB DDR4
I've ruled out the "Did not meet the minimum requirements" issue because the same specs above installed and launched/ran Battlefield 1 without any issue whatsoever.
Things I've done so far:
Reinstalled TF2 (4 times, 3 times from dvds and once downloading via origin)
Repair game from origin
Cleared Origins cache
Run Titanfall2.exe as admin
Did A filecheck via sfc scan
Ran CCleaner to clean files and registry and still has not worked.
Does anyone have any solution to this? This is the first time I've gone through this problem for an origin game. All my other games ran perfectly without any problems at all. I've also noticed i'm not the only one having this issue with TF2 and gone through every method stated in the threads but still no avail.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@RazorReaperr Minimum specs don't work that way, just because one game runs doesn't guarantee another one will. The games in question use very different game engines, and the card in question is far below the minimum specs.
The game may run on below min-spec, and we'd like to see folks get into the game, but perhaps there's a hard cut-off.
You can try opening the game in WIndowed mode and see if that changes anything. At My Documents\Respawn\Titanfall2\local you'll find your videoconfig file.
If you open that and change the "settting.fullscreen" value to "0" it should try to launch the game in Windowed mode.
If this is ineffective here's a settings file with the graphics settings set to the minimum, opening in 1440 x 900 Windowed. Perhaps changing your settings file to these values will help?

The Respawn folder is not even in my Documents folder. I think the game has not fully deployed yet, hence it has not created any save game/config files yet.
Could not run in windowed mode as well while using the command lines
-noborder -windowed

Try to disable/close any progs from a list and related processes:
Steam
JDownloader
"ASUS Com", "AI Suite"
"NVIDIA Experience"
"GIGABYTE FORCE", "Xtreme Gaming Engine"
"MSI Afterburner"
"MSI Intel Extreme Tuning Utility", "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility", "Intel Integrated Clock Controller"
