This game is particularly problematic for many of nVIDIA's recent Geforces. I don't know why just yet.

Go to the Titanfall2/_Installer/vc folder and run the .exe in the redist folders and choose repair. Worked for me and several others. Credit to Nightwing3030

Thanks @NobodySpecial181, those steps should help some.
Another potentially helpful step is to run the repair within Origin itself. Right-click the game panel in Origin to get this repair option.

I was having the same problem myself. I tried using Origin to repair and it didn't work, I tried what NobodySpecial181 said and it worked.

This fixed my problem! Yes.
