ALL I HAD TO DO WAS MOVE TO "NEW SKINS", FOR WEAPONS ICON. CLICK A SKIN TO PURCHASE THEN CANCEL OUT BEFORE PURCHASE. TOOK ME RIGHT INTO MULTIPLAYER. HOPE IT HELPS!

Another reason I will NEVER USE XBOX/microsoft products again. In what world does a product just stop working? Only in Xbox land! Awful product.
