I'm just trying to play Titanfall 2 but it just says "This profile is not permitted to play online".

I love the Titanfall 2 campaign and have played it twice but I cannot get on to multiplayer. It says that my profile is not permitted to play online.
I have an Xbox One and have looked through the forum posts and tried the following:
Turning Xbox on and off in the wall socket
Setting DNS to 8:8:8:8 and 8:8:4:4
Turning off multiplayer access then allowing it again then restarting
Testing my network connection (and every other connection on that page)
I cannot get the multiplayer to work and it seems like it is a very common problem.
Does anyone have any other solutions please?
