Just got into a lobby with a cheater with this horrible name too [ Edited ]

I'm really sorry about the late reply on this. 

If you see someone who is cheating, or has an inappropriate name like the one you mentioned it would be best to report them directly so the Terms of Service team can take a look. They'll review the account and take the appropriate actions from there. I'm afraid that reports aren't something we can help out with directly here on Answers HQ.
