I cant Connect to the match

In the multiplayer version, i canto connect to che match, after I started the research of the match , i can't connect to che match, i waited 30 mins but nothing happened

I have the same problem. It goes to connect to a multiplayer game then just hangs and keeps making the sound as if it’s connecting. Any ideas? Sometimes it connects after a while. I have Xbox One S Is this a Microsoft issue?
