Getting error message, need fix please

Need a fix, the game stops, and starts the mission over, and over again.each time it gives the same error, the text on the attachment, is the error given.

I got the game through Steam

if you move the TF2 document folder to desktop and then star the game up does the same issue happen? @Scorpiothorks
