Ok it is 2019 and that error showed up while am trying to launch apex legends :D .
solution for me I just closed the origin using exit button in menu, and launch it again. so it seems if U kept origin running for long time and the pc is on then u came back to play it happens , like it did for me

@thesonglessbird The only thing that worked for me was to go into device manager and disable the high definitions audio driver. And then once it worked I re-enabled it and everything worked fine.
