Freezes regularly can't connect

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I've been playing Titanfall 2 for a long time and all of a sudden it won't let me in to the multiplayer. It stays on the 'connecting' bit but never connects. Also on the campaign mode every minute or so it freezes and then carries on.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and doesn't connect to the multiplayer
What do you expect to see? It working, normally it took 2 seconds to load, it seems now it's like 2 years.

@louiejensonwood Hi, if you still see this today can you try restarting your system by holding the front button on your console, then check again?
