Failed to load the launcher DLL

I will simply copy/paste the post I left on the Titanfall 2 forums as I would like to have as many people aware of this issue as possible so that it is resolved with all possible expediency. Thank you very much for your time and assistance in advance.
Platform: PC
Issue: Launcher Error upon trying to launch game. Error message reads "Failed to load the launcher DLL at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Titanfall2\bin\x64_retail\tier0.dll" The specified module could not be found
I can reproduce this issue 100% of the time just by trying to launch the game.
Region: NA
ISP: Google Fiber (Download: 79.5Mbps) (Upload: 96.6 Mbps)
SPECS: I have attached a dxdiag file with my bug report
I have tried repairing, updating, reinstalling the game.
I have tried updating and reinstalling my drivers.
I have temporarily turned off antivirus software.
I have run the game and origin in administrator mode.
I have checked for updates on my computer and reset it multiple times. Nothing has resolved the issue and I have yet to successfully launch the game.
