Cursor off center

Hi. 

New user here. All appears to be fine when I load the game, but to click a button in the game, I need to move my cursor a about an inch or two to the left of the button to click it. I can't move my cursor to the far right of the game screen. I can access most of the screen because I've learned to click about an inch or two to the left of the button. However I can't really access the left side of the screen because I can't move my cursor to the left of the game play screen. 

I've tried adjusting the resolution several times. 
I've tried restarting the game several times. 

I've tried restarting my computer a few times. 

Thoughts?

Hey @javadaddy, Thanks for the detailed information, have you tried to reinstall the GPU drivers?
