Constant connection to server timed out

i have the same problem. some people say that they fixed switching from integrated graphics to a normal gpu. but im a laptop user so how can i fix this?

i dont know if this is going to help but here are my specs:

• Intel core i3 7020u
• Intel hd graphics 620
• 12 gb ram
• 1 tb hard drive

also my internet is good and other online games work.
