as mentioned in a couple of old threads on here, I'm getting this error 30 seconds after entering the multiplayer lobby or starting an online match. I have tried all the solutions that the EA support asked me to and as always they were of no help. My internet connection is not the problem, i play other online games with no problem, i tried playing from another account, redownloading the game, enabling ports on the router, rebuilding ps4 database, everything but nothing worked. any help ?

I am really sorry for those connection troubles. It seems like you`ve already been through a lot of troubleshooting. Have you tried to connect your console and router directly with LAN cable? You don`t have an alternative Internet connection to test the game? Also can you tell us, what region are you currently in? And what is your router model?
