Can we try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the error message you're getting? When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps first to see how that goes. 

If you're still getting the same error message after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had a chance to give it a shot. Thank you!
