and it's not working.
I've sent tweets to the EA support account but they're ignoring me.
Can someone help please.

I am really sorry, but we can`t manage individual accounts on this forum. The only way to get your account back is to contact EA Advisors directly https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
If you have troubles with the browser, you might just give them a direct call +44203 014 1818.
