Cannot Play Titanfall 2 Due To Unidentified Game Error

Bought the game on Steam. Installed it. Ran it, and it showed me this: https://prnt.sc/1029at9 , https://prnt.sc/1029b6p

I don't have a product key for the game, so I can't do much.

I tried most of the solutions that have already been posted, and none did anything. Raised a support ticket, but the issue wasn't resolved.

My Steam account does not seem to be linked to my EA account, so I'm not sure how to link it, as I cannot run the game to link both accounts.

I am using the same e-mail address for my Steam and Origin accounts.



Help would be greatly appreciated.

My accounts were unlinked, which was the problem.

I fixed it by signing in on one of EA/Origin's sites through Steam. Unfortunately I forget *which* one of the sites it is.

But, signing in through steam should link your accounts, and if Titanfall 2 (or any game for that matter) is in your steam library, it should automatically show up in your origin library, and you'll be able to play it.
