After buying customization pack for titanfall 2

After buying the customization pack it for this game now it doesn't let me customize any of the titans at all besides tone it doesn't even let me change the loadouts. The game gives me an error message. It has been going on for two days. Please help

@HerKoalaBear @nielsenhomesys Hey, this should be resolved now, you should be able to pick all your titans/skins without this happening again.

@HerKoalaBear Hi, this is a known issue, and Respawn are working to fix this. For now you're stuck with the base config, sorry. However hopefully we'll have an update soon to resolve this.

I'm sure someone will combine your thread shortly into our other one.

Well thank you the response I was wondering what was going on. Hopefully they have an update very soon.

And if it gets combined with the others that should be good since a lot of us are having this problem.
