Why can’t I play the yard?

Every time I try to play the yard, I can’t get past the first challenge. I’m mainly a MUT player, but my friends wanted me to play the yard with them. However, every time I score a TD on the first challenge, I get a message that says “An unknown error has occurred. Please try again.” How do I stop this from happening so I can play with my friends?
